About Us

As a landlord in Blackpool for over 20 years, Mark Yates set up Mark Yates Properties Ltd in 2016 to share his experience of renting in Blackpool to other property owners.

As well as Mark, we have staff who also own their own properties in Blackpool, and an agent who has worked in the Blackpool property market for over 24 years

Our services include property maanegment, tenant finders and property finders. In addition, we offer landlords their own login to our rent website, allowing them to view their rents 24 hours a day.

Our head office is on Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool and we have a sub office on Central Drive, also in Blackpool.
